Client Consultation
A dream pool can't only have stunning looks, it also has to precisely address the needs and desires of its owner. Estimating and Refining
Once we have an initial design concept, we will calculate costs and dial in the scope of the work to meet your budget. We understand that your new pool needs to not only meet your esthetic and practical requirements, but also stay within your budget. We will therefore refine the design until it meets your satisfaction.

Pool Construction
After marking out the layout, doing any demolition work, and grading the site, we can excavate. Plumbing is installed and rebar to create the "bones" of the pool, with any gas and electrical lines. Concrete is shot to form the walls and floor. After this cures for 28 days, tiling is done and surface finishes are applied, acid-washed and polished.

Design and Rendering
After assessment of your outdoor space, our professional designers will get to work. Our custom design software will allow you to view a 3D rendering of the completed pool, so you can see and approve every detail before building starts. With our clear and open communication, your satisfaction is assured.

Contracts and Permitting
When you are happy with the design and approve our estimate, we move on to drawing up contracts to sign and obtaining the necessary permits. It is essential to have all paperwork in order before a build starts. Once this has been done, we can schedule a start date for construction of your new luxury pool.

Completion
Post construction, we clean the site, add water and chemicals, as well as program all automated equipment. You are nearly ready to enjoy your new pool.
